These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of harvestlo.com, your Harvestlo account, and purchases made through the website. By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About Harvestlo
Harvestlo is a brand operated by Northern Crest Industries Pvt. Ltd. In these Terms, “Harvestlo”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Northern Crest Industries Pvt. Ltd.; “you” and “your” refer to the website visitor, account holder or customer.
Harvestlo directly offers the products displayed for sale on this website. We do not operate an online marketplace and do not permit third-party sellers to list or independently sell products through the website.
2. Related policies
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of the terms applying to your use of the website and purchases from Harvestlo.
3. Eligibility and use by minors

We may limit purchase quantities, discontinue a product or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including for stock shortages, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, resale activity, misuse of an offer, delivery restrictions or legal and safety concerns.
Food and natural products can vary in colour, size, shape, aroma, texture and appearance. Such normal variation does not by itself mean that a product is defective. Product photographs are illustrative, and colours may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting.
6. Product information, storage and allergens
Please read the product label, ingredients, allergen statement, directions, storage instructions, warnings and expiry or best-before information before purchase and use. Information on the product packaging should be followed if it differs from general information displayed on the website.
Our range includes nuts, dry fruits, seeds, honey, saffron, Shilajit and other food or wellness products. You are responsible for storing products appropriately after delivery. Harvestlo is not responsible for deterioration or damage caused by storage, exposure or handling after delivery that is inconsistent with the label or product instructions.

8. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after payment verification and when we confirm processing or dispatch.
We may contact you to verify order, payment, billing or delivery information. If we cannot accept all or part of an order, we will notify you using the details provided and refund any amount collected for the cancelled portion to the original payment method.
9. Prices, payment and billing information
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. The product price, discounts, delivery charge and final payable amount will be shown during checkout. We may correct pricing, description or availability errors and may cancel an affected order before dispatch, with a refund of the amount collected for that order.
Orders must be prepaid using a payment option available at checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment service displayed at checkout. Your use of a payment service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
You must provide complete and accurate billing and contact information. Harvestlo is not responsible for a payment failure, delay or security check caused by a bank, card issuer, payment provider, incorrect information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Gift cards
Harvestlo may offer digital or physical gift cards. A gift card may be redeemed only on harvestlo.com in accordance with the value, validity period and any use conditions displayed when it is purchased or issued.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card unless required by law.
- Gift-card purchases and unused balances are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- If an order paid with a gift card is eligible for a refund, the applicable amount may be restored to the gift card or issued as store credit.
- You are responsible for protecting the gift-card code. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of a lost, shared or stolen code unless caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care.
11. Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds
Shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility, delivery estimates, cancellation rights, the required unboxing video, eligible product claims, bulk-order rules and refund processing are governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Courier delays or events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery. Nothing in these Terms or the Shipping & Refund Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Website content and accuracy
We try to keep website information complete and accurate, but occasional errors, omissions or outdated information may occur. We may correct content and update the website at any time.
